For sell for $995 I have tame and friendly Timneh African Grey which is the smaller of the two sub species of African grey parrots. He comes with a nice cage, which fits easy into any car. When I purchased CoCo I was told he is a male and was born in April of 2012 but I don't have any paper work that supports this. He is a good talker and learns words pretty quick. His current vocabulary includes various of whistle and calls, hello, I want a treat, pretty girl, good boy and what are you doing, to name a few. Currently he is eating various seeds, pellets, fruits and leafy greens. He is picky in what he eats but will start eating if you work with him. The Feather Farm in Napa sells these at $1,195 without a cage and with unknown talking abilities.
My job is requiring more travel than before is why I want to find him a good home.
This is not a fire sale, which means I'm not in a hurry to find him a GOOD home. I will delete ALL low ball offers. Remember tame birds cost more than wild birds. I live near the Oakland zoo.
