Essential Duties

  • Develop client relationship, lead business development activities and direct specific project pursuit efforts within your market vertical.
  • Develop new client networks and partnerships to expand and deepen our client base.
  • Lead client targeting and acquisition strategy.
  • Work with clients to identify and secure projects that align with TEECOMs services.
  • Sales growth/tracking and reporting through existing CRM platform (Salesforce).


  • Minimum of 15 years in the AEC industry.
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree desired.


  • Compensation is flexible depending on experience.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned, self-motivated professional to join our growing team. As a Market Sector Sales Leader, youll direct new business development, maintain and develop client relations to accelerate our revenue growth within your market vertical.
