We are seeking a Major Account Sales Executive to join our team.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead sales and business development activities to secure major accounts and master service agreements with Fortune 500 firms located in the Bay Area, California, Oregon, and Washington State.
  • Establish annual sales plans for your client targets that are consistent with TEECOMs growth goals.
  • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase visibility and connect with new clients.
  • Collect and organize information required to give TEECOM the competitive advantage when competing with other firms for project awards.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects.
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy, listening to key business requirements and mapping TEECOM solutions to expressed needs.
  • Track and report on progress and activity through TEECOMs CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements and Characteristics

  • Minimum of 10 years in an executive selling role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Executive gravitas and proven ability to sell to the C-suite level.
  • Passion for sales, relationship building, technology, and design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven.
  • Methodical, tenacious, and personable.
  • Outstanding networking and people skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
  • Ability to work within a team and positively contribute to TEECOM culture.
  • Understanding of professional services and project delivery process within AEC is a plus.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Bachelors degree minimum.

What Success Looks Like

  • After onboarding and training, the successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Secure at least 1 meeting with a potential client per day.
  • Participate in 4-6 networking events per month.
  • Build a pipeline of leads and qualified opportunities with direct owners.
  • Close one major account per quarter with a recurring professional service fee volume of $1 million annually.
